1) All accepted papers should be registered and presented at the conference.
2) One full registration is valid for the first report. For the second report, an additional fee of US $100 is charged.
3) At least one author must register and participate in the conference.
4) Accepted papers should be submitted during the conference. Articles that were not presented with presentations will not be published.
5) Authors must sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer form.
6) All registrations include access to materials, keynote presentations, seminars, and a gala dinner. Fees are shown in US dollars and do not include bank fees.
